TRC participates in NSTIC, an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) consortium that researches, develops, tests, and integrates complex naval warfare systems across a broad range of technology areas and disciplines.

TRC is a member of EMC2, contributing to the basic, applied, and advanced research projects, and prototype projects in support of current and future needs related to Expeditionary Missions Technologies.

TRC participates in TREX II, a DoD consortium that develops modeling, simulation and training related prototypes to enhance the mission effectiveness of military personnel and the supporting platforms, systems, components, or materials proposed to be acquired or developed by the DoD.

IWRP – Information Warfare Research Project

TRC is a member of IRWP, an OTA consortium dedicated to engaging industry and academia to identify, develop and demonstrate the enabling technologies that enhance the Navy and Marine Corps mission effectiveness in the field of Information Warfare.

MATAC – Maritime Advanced Technology Accelerator Consortium

TRC participates in MATAC, focused on cutting-edge areas such as advanced computing, manufacturing, directed energy science, autonomous and uncrewed systems, missile and air defense, and integrated warfare.

LETHALITY – Leveraging Enterprise Technologies for Holistic AI, Logistics, Integration, Transformation, and Yield Consortium

TRC is a member of the Lethality Consortium, an OTA vehicle focused on accelerating the development and fielding of next-generation weapons systems and lethality-enhancing technologies for the warfighter.

U.S. ARMY COBRA – Cyberspace Operations Broad Responsive Agreement

TRC participates in The Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS) awarded Cyberspace Operations Broad Responsive Agreement (COBRA) Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) for prototypes in Defensive Cyber Operations.

U.S. ARMY ERDC – Engineer, Research & Development Center

TRC is a member of ERDC, contributing to the advancement of Military Engineering: Protective Structures and Systems, Protection and Survivability, Geophysical Sensors and data fusion, Vulnerability assessment, detection, and analytics, Geoscience, Environmental, Geospatial, and Material Modeling and simulation, Enhanced Mobility of Manned and Unmanned Systems, and Engineering Analysis Tools and Decision Aid Prototype Software.

AFLCMC/LP PCI 2.0 – U.S. Air Force Lifecycle Management Center Propulsion Consortium Initiative 2.0

TRC is a member of this OTA, focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the military aviation acquisition process. This consortium performs critical research, development, test and evaluation within prototyping projects addressing propulsion needs in support of the USAF, the Army, and the Navy.

AFLCMC/LPA PCI OT – US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Propulsion Directorate

TRC is a member of this OTA, which performs critical research, development, test and evaluation within prototyping projects addressing propulsion needs and the future of the propulsion enterprise.

AFLCMC/ACI – Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Consortium Initiative

TRC participates in this OTA, which provides development, test, measurement, demonstration, integration, and delivery of prototypes for the Air Force related to C4ISR information sharing information systems.

SCCI – 448th Supply Chain Management Wing (SCMW) Supply Chain Consortium Initiative

TRC is a member of SCCI, an OTA consortium dedicated to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the military aviation acquisition process.

AFRL OTAFI – Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) OTA

TRC participates in this OTA, supporting critical research, development, test and evaluation within prototyping projects addressing propulsion needs in support of the USAF, the Army, and the Navy.

NGA OTA – National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency

TRC is a member of the OTA which executes and coordinates efforts to plan, research, develop, and utilize prototype efforts designed to allow NGA to acquire and/or use those technologies and business processes in the agency for evaluation and demonstration.
